MCL created a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) that covers common installation, upgrade and the soon to be released Electronic Product Activation issues. You also can contact Symbol Technical Support via email at Support@symbol.com.

Be sure the complete file is downloaded, which can be done by comparing files sizes between the downloaded file and the file on the web site.

For MCL-Designer v3.1x and above be sure you've downloaded and installed both the MCL-Designer Engine and the Device Plug-In files.

The usual method of installing the MCL-Collection components involves downloading the file from the web site onto your computer. Once on your computer, simply click on file to complete the installation and setup.
